Training

Our training philosophy is based on many years of experience and a lot of the ideas are developed in corporation with Norwegian, Spanish and Australian beachvolleyplayers and coaches. The training schedule should be put together so that it is creative, inspirational and fun for the beachvolleyplayers. Elements in the training schedule are: beachvolley, yoga, massage, strength fitness, conditioning fitness, swimming, mental training and very important relaxing/recreation/restitution.
It is difficult to describe a weeks training schedule, because it chan
ges all the time. How long training period do we have before the tournament starts? How many tournaments are we playing? And what kind of training do we do in the period of tournaments?
This is all questions that should be answer
ed before a training plan is made.
